Steps to Generate Metadata for Adobe Stock

Follow these exact steps inside StockMetaPro software for maximum marketplace SEO performance.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Select Platform

Choose "Adobe Stock" from the platform buttons inside the software workspace.

Import Files or Folder

Select "Import File" or "Import Folder" to bring your creative assets into StockMetaPro.

View Supported Formats

You will see all supported file types (AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, VIDEO).

Upload Files

Upload any combination of supported files — even all at once in bulk.

Load Files

After selection, your files will load automatically into the workspace preview list.

Generate Metadata

Click the "Generate" button to start AI metadata creation and direct file embedding.

Check Status & Retry

If "Successful" appears beside a file → metadata embedded correctly. If "Failed" appears → close the summary popup and click "Retry" to regenerate failed files only.

Automatic Embedding

Metadata is automatically embedded into each file — no CSV file needed for marketplace upload.

Optional CSV Download

After generation, you can click "CSV Download" under the upload section to save a backup CSV copy if desired.

Important Notice (Platform Specific Metadata Generation)

  • You can generate metadata for one platform at a time.
  • Use the generated metadata only for the selected platform.
  • Upload the file first to the marketplace before choosing another platform.
  • You cannot generate metadata for another platform until the current upload is complete.
  • To upload the same file to another platform, select that platform and generate new metadata again.
  • Metadata generated for one platform cannot be used on another platform.
Why We Don’t Offer a General Metadata Option:We don’t offer a general metadata option that can be used for every platform. This is because each marketplace has its own SEO strategy, search system, and ranking factors. Using the same metadata for every platform may not give you the best results. That’s why we research and prepare a separate metadata strategy for each platform — optimizing title, keywords, and tags based on what works best for that specific marketplace.
